You don't need any already pre-made drills to practice this. What do you think a drill that would would on cuts and changing directions would look like? Do that

There aren't some magic drills that'll improve you dramatically.

On that note if you don't understand. Set up some cones that in order to get to each one you have to turn\decelerate to get to each one. Between each set allow for a good amount of rest (this isn't conditioning, it's for agility) and do each one as fast as you possibly can.

I can elaborate on this if you want, but it'd be more so about the effects of this training on the body (why you become quicker) rather than specific drills. Make the drills in a fashion that are atleast mildly entertaining, because there are no reason to do boring drills when your imagination is the limit.

If you hate dribbling in between cones then instead make 3 cones in a triangle and run to one and then cut really quickly to another and keep repeating, if you want you could even get a team mate to help you practise by getting him to call out named cone numbers like 1 2 and 3 so this way your engaging your brain so that u have to listen to your team mate to hear what he says, and focus on keepnig the ball in control and dribbling to the correct cone at the same time, which is like many game situations.
