whats easier to start learning the ATW with?
inside to out? or outside to in? i've been practicing inside to out for the past few months on and off.. and i pulled it off successfully at times. but i started to learn that outside to in kinda feels better. even though i have yet to try again. any advice? |

there isnt realy an "easier" way, you just have to feel whats the easiest for u. For me outside atw is the easiest, but my friend thinks the opposite...

Thanks http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q0OU29h26jM Here's a good vid of an outside ATW from juggling (the standard way to do it). For lack of complete understanding of your question. You just bring the foot all the way around the ball and touch it back up, and keep juggling. Your Half-ATW is good, you just need better control on the left foot's catching the ball. Feel free to ask around the forums, I am BY FAR not the best or most knowledgeable freestyler here. Good luck! |

no thats right, I am Mattsta-"There would be no point in freestyle if we knew all the tricks from the start. The fact that we had to practise to get them pays off because in the end we have earnt it." |
