I'm excited, I thought I would have to settle for football withdrawls this summer. Man, what a great past few summers its been in terms of football. Euro's last summer, confederations and gold cup this summer, and SA next summer. USA plays Italy on the 15th at 2:25pm on ESPN USA vs Brazil June 18th 9:55 AM ET ESPN2 USA vs Egypt June 21 2:25pm ET ESPN2 All 16 matches of the tournament will be available in high definition on ESPN HD and ESPN2 HD |

Lowering their post rating it seems. Anyway, to stay on topic, I tihnk USA has a chance to beat Brazil. Brazil hasnt been too impressive this tournament and needed a last minute free kick from Alves to beat South Africa. If we play like we did against Spain, we can win.

I think we should put in hard challenges for like the first 10 minutes and make the brazilians think about what they are doing. For us to win the US defense needs to get into a rythm (sp???) and keep the brazilians from having space. If we can do that then we can win. How do you spell rythm? Made by 2Brown. |

USA was winning 1-0 with a nice finish from Charlie Davies but Mexico equalised a few minutes later. Hopefully the US will be able to pull out a win. It would be huge for us.
