I'm asuming you mean this? 
all you have to is take away all the text, so It'll look like this; 
and then press enter, and you'll come to this page. 
and after that, click 'My Community' and then you'll see a page that looks like this, 
after that, click the upload button, and you'll see this; 
after you upload your chosen picture, you see this; 
After that, click on the 'Manage' button, and make the uploaded picture your main picture, hope this helped. fuck you OFWGLLDGAF |
