Do you need to lose weight? Because if you arent overweight then you dont need to lose weight! But anyway, green tea is great for just about everything, got lots of nutrients in it, didnt know it helped you lose weight to be honest, but i did know its very good for your heart and your brain. It can relax you a lot, possibly just before a game, or before you go to sleep.

It's good before bed becuase it relaxes you, but it also induces the chemicals in your brain that assist in going to sleep, so you'll be drowsy/slow off the mark for the game Rulezzz!! |

No, normal tea (with or without milk) has caffeine in it, and usually provides the same effects of coffee to a lesser-extent as far as I know. If you're looking for a relaxing "natural" tea, green-tea is the way to go Harry. Normal tea usually doesn't provide any healthy bonuses to your system, unlike green-tea. |

I love green tea with a bit of sugar and some lemon. I drank alot of it when I had a cold and it made me feel much better. It's definitely good for you and it should be included in your everyday diet.

I dumped coffee a week ago and I've been drinking green tea since. I had been drinking coffee since I was 4 years old, so it was quite a chance.
Well, anyway, don't put the leafs in to boiling water, let the water get a bit cooler so you don't loose any benefical nutrients. (According to allmighty Wikipedia.)

And I always drank it with milk and sugar.
