hey panchester, when u mean 1000 juggles everyday...do you mean 1000 juggles in one go? Or do you continue counting even after you missed(i.e you lose control and the ball hits the floor)?

Just wanted to share how much control each of them have all through juggling...
Zizou http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCRyyn6sZQ8
Ronaldo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3R3fAfkRoik
Messi http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b0q3CxUGuCU and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itHjyFfcb2s
Maradona http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZ2976_rR_s
Pele http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5dvvN2z7uo
Ozil http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UU6ClVtRD5g
Iniesta http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3n02o4G9yi0

And to get like this.. (like i've said and been recommended a million times)
Do this AT LEAST 3x a week preferably 5
500 warm up juggles
1000 juggles with right
1000 juggles with left
500 cool down juggles hitting it over head every 25 juggles

And to answer your question.. i mean come on you think you can do 1000 all in one go.. I certainly don't have the concentration... just try to take as much clean touches as possible and if you drop it just get it back up and continue

Thanks for that eddy, good post.

I've got a question: Right now I'm doing weaker foot training, and it's getting there (my left foot), better then before at least. But I'm really keen for this juggling stuff, I'd love to have a maestro touch on the ball like everyone is claiming. Should I continue with my left foot training, or do you suggest ditching it and doing the ball mastery/juggling stuff like posted above. I don't have the time to incorporate both into my schedule, and my goal is to have my left foot nearly as good as my right, but who knows how long that may take. How long do you think the master touch will take to achieve as appose to acquiring an equal weaker foot? Thanks.

I'd like to eddy, but school takes away the day for me, and I've already got limited time for my weaker foot training, and weekends I have a game and fitness.

I have to choose between the two.

I was looking at videos on Maradona and looks like all he ever practiced on was juggling.. WTF? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wlv2p5ap ... re=related
I thought he would evenly distribute like practice other things too like shooting and dribbling but all he focused on, on what i can see was the juggling.. Just thought i'd share

Alright, I've started my ball mastery training (juggling).

This is mine:

Warm-up, dynamic stretching
Toe-touch juggles - 20 touches each foot, 10 sets
200 juggles of tennis ball (both feet)
200 juggles with both feet
10 juggles, then kick above head and continue (alternate feet) - 10 mins
Cool-down, static stretching

I don't have as much time for mine, and I'm fairly confident with my touch already, but as I've heard all this juggling takes your touch out of this world.

The toe-touch juggles are really small juggles with the top of your toes, with more of a 'flick' then a kick-up.

I can do at most like 15 tennis ball juggles before dropping it, but I just pick it up and continue until I reach 200.

The 200 juggles after this is to get my technique back as the juggling with a really small ball jacks up your form.

Dude that's barely anything especially if you want to get your touch really good... Try to make time and maybe spread out those 3000 touches a day around the day like maybe 1000 with right and left in the morning and then like 1000 in the afternoon.. Thats only like 1000 juggles which is nothing.. Not trying to be like a dick or anything and i know your time might be limited but try to make time or spread it out throughout the day.. Btw what is your busy schedule like?

It's all I can really fit in right now.

I won't give you my whole week but here's one day in the life on me:

Wake-up 5:20am
Individual training at 6:45am
Finish at 8:00am
Go get changed and ready for school
Start school at 9:00am
Finish school at 3:30am
Go home, get ready for team training.
Team training 5:30pm - 7pm
Home, dinner, bed.

^ That's what it was like daily (except for days without team training I'd train by myself). I've had to limit my training to once a day, or at most twice a day with one of the sessions being quite light stuff (juggling). I've had to limit if because I have been pulling up with little muscle tweaks that have sidelined me for a couple of days. They were very similar in nature, and I took it that my body was telling me I had to slow down.

I changed mine lol, now its this cuz i think this is what Panch does..
1000 right
1000 left
Juggle over head 30x (every 20 juggles kick over head) = 600 juggles

basically all i took out is the warm up juggles cuz its a waste of time
