i would say im just about the same as you, my total comes out to about 12 hours of training a week, but i also play 3 scrimmages for an hour 3x a week. So it comes out to 15 hours+however many gym hours i put in idk. But i also have one rest day, make sure you have a rest day because thats important!

ye make sure you get her in a sport that has alot of running in it like soccer of course. Dont get her into like bowling, or personally i dont think softball or baseball is very physical demanding either in terms of running
